Music is a big part of my life. It is awesome to let go and be creative, be it writing guitar riffs, symphonic pieces or lyrics. Being on stage is one of the best feelings imaginable. But what would happen if I lost my hearing? How would I produce music. The goal with Asonicism is to produce music under simulated deafness conditions - all music is written in MIDI using Guitar Pro. The MIDI is then imported into a DAW. Guitars are programmed (keyswitches for palm mutes, harmonics etc) using ODIN 2 and bass is programmed using Loki. Both of these virtual instruments are made by Solemn Tones. The entire process is done is complete silence - so my speakers are turned off. The first time I listen to the tracks is in a reaction video, once the songs have been uploaded to Bandcamp.
